1. Does magsafe car mount charger only for iphone 12 ? 

A: Usually magsafe car mount charger only compatible for iphone 12 series phones, with Magsafe case or naked to use. If iphone 12 series cover by normal case, the magnetic power will be not strong enough to hold. If you want to use magsafe car mount charger on other phone models or use on iphone 12 with normal case, you should stick a metal ring on the back side of the phone or case, and our model " CatalpaU-YX" including metal ring in package. 

 

2. How make wireless car mount charger reach to 15w ? 

A: Actually Apple only open Maximum 7.5W protocal to charger accessories, if you want to reach maximum efficiency, please connect to QC3.0 car charger, like this product page described " Catalpau-blue" 

 

3. What's the diameter of the ball socket of these Magsafe car mount charger ? 

A: Standard 17mm, you could install it to your current dash board or suction cup

 

4.  Is the wireless car mount charger magnetic power strong enough to hold iphone 12 pro max ? 

A: We had test magnetic power for iphone 12, iphone 12 mini, iphone 12 pro max, by different road condition, speed bump, different speed, that's quite enough suction power for even iphone 12 pro max. Check video about the test. 

 

 

About order 

1. How would you ship the order to the countries outside US ? 

A: We will ship by air express mail to other countries, usually it will take 15 to 20 days to Euro, Asia, North America, Austrila, New Zealand, takes 25 to 30 days to South America, Africa.  When order placed and shipped, we will send tracking number to client's email or update tracking number on order page, you could check shipping status anytime you want. 

 

2. How many handling days after order place ? 

A: We will handling each order within 3 days, which means we will ship out within 3 days after payment confirm. 

 

3. Besides Paypal, what else payment methods could be choose ? 

A: Now we only have Paypal payment, actually if you don't have paypal account, you could still pay through credit card wihtout sign into Paypal.
